The item arrived safely and it had obviously been very carefully packaged (in a new rigid box and cushioned by several thick layers of bubblewrap).   I received these yesterday and sadly one had lost her hand but we are over that now. The seller was kind enough to help me out with some compensation and I was very grateful. Nonetheless, the description and packing was very good, they had wrapped them really well.
