    One to avoid here, postage time was way off of the advert, the cranks came in a plastic bag, no wind off tool as advertised, and it was going to cost me £25 to return. Hardly any communications from this seller.

    It was you who requested a cancellation after the shipment, citing the long delivery time. However, it arrived in just 8 days. Now, you are saying that the return shipping cost is too high and you don’t want to return the item. We offered you a discount to compensate for the shipping cost, but you refused. Now, you are claiming there is an issue with the item. All of these problems are your responsibility
