  Communication with the seller started off really well, and the postage, packaging, and overall value were excellent. The tyres I purchased are as described!! , and while they could be slightly better, they haven’t meet expectations. I wasn’t fully aware of the differences between run-flat tyres, so I reached out to discuss options. Unfortunately, communication dropped off after that, which is a bit disappointing.
