    So we order around £80k a year on parts from various Volvo Dealers, tried this one, and extremely disappointing. First of all arrived two days late, and when arrived packaging for such a heavy set of items was all broken, that even the delivery driver had to take his own photos as clearly 2 of the 3 sets had gone. Contacted seller to be told that they would send replacement, and then sent another message saying that it was MY responsibility to contact THEIR Courier! Small claims court incoming!

    Item was sold out and was refunded, could see when ordering that there was interest in these ABS sensors, just a bit of cross ordering issues through the Ebay systems I suppose. That said I have dealt with the supplier previously and found them great to deal with, selling the best quality Volvo parts at reasonable costs with good delivery service.

All I would say is I'd prefer tracked postage over standard or the option to have tracked at a slightly higher price as a choice at checkout.
