  Good quality Parts @ a sensible price. Good comm's and fast dispatch. However, this item is advertised with 'collect from store' when the combined weight far exceed the limit a collection from store allows (order was cancelled and refunded (without notifying me), I had to re-order causing a frustrating delay. All items were packaged into ONE BOX (well packaged) but far too heavy (I struggled to lift it off the floor- the poor Courier had X4 flights of stairs to climb! ++ I will use again A++

  The timing belt cover arrived bent, through being inadequately wrapped in a plastic bag rather that a box. As the job was underway in a local garage, I had to immediately source one locally, to avoid workshop delays of several days while a replacement was sent. I sent the supplier the invoice, £84 incl vat, he apologised and agreed to pay it. It has taken a month to get a refund; for £48, which he says is his invoice amount, not the £84 I paid. A poor, dishonourable business decision imo.

  lying little toad, byer ianfzs1, purchased 24feb, then messaged 4march saying about sealant, i payed for return and refunded, it was O,E- Elring sealant, byer tried to charge me £48 for a sealant local to him Scammer!! byer messaged again on 11 march saying the cover was damaged bear in mind already checked this with the sealant! 11mar byer said Not to send new cover 24hr Del, very odd, i payed for return label on14march returned on 18th refunded on 25th our contracted invoice price through eBay
