  I purchased a printer from this seller specifically because it was listed as a brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging. Once it arrived it was obvious it had previously been used. I returned it and the seller then made excuses as to why he could not return my payment. Only resolved when ebay got involved. Not a seller I would trust again.

  I bought a new HP ENVY printer, and delivery took 11 days. The box was from a different HP model than the one I ordered, but inside was a used Canon printer I never ordered, with loose cables and split open. The box was open, crushed, and dirty. Beware of this seller; he's a scammer. I would never buy from him again! I have opened a case for a refund, including the £7 shipping charge.

  I bought this item 3rd April - delivered 11th April.. Seller listed Evri collection - tracking number then revealed a cancelled collection (hard to determine what went on?) I was told item would be posted, then No, back to an Evri collection. Unfortunately too much chasing on my part & intervention by eBay when I complained. The seller offered refund carriage - I've yet to receive this? Item was new - but scratched scuffed and previously returned by another buyer. Frustrated sale sadly!

  This item was returned back to the seller after the courier was unable to deliver to my address. I contacted the seller numerous times to confirm the item had been returned via tracking, so that I would be refunded. The seller provided no response. I eventually had to open a case, in order for my refund to be processed. Most definitely will not be purchasing from this seller again.

  Be cautious when buying from this seller. The listing claimed the printer was unopened and unused, but upon unboxing, I found that it had clearly been used. The ink was spilled everywhere! Definitely not as described.
