However the carrier rectified the mistake, after an automated e-mail notification of delivery had been sent. The successful delivery was too late to prevent despatch of replacement item.     Above and beyond expectations. Ordered on Friday 20th before Christmas around 4:30pm, received on 27th Dec by DPD. Amazing service and other big players could learn a lot from this team. I expected limited service over Christmas and wouldn't have been disappointed if that were the case. Part was packaged well and arrived sooner than expected. The same goes for the courier DPD - great service. A happy tenant, happy landlord and a happy me. We all got to enjoy the New Year. Thank you.
