  Not suitable for a cat. Mini tracker still too large. Subscription is a rip off too. Tried to return, but they want item to be returned to AUSTRIA. This is NOT in the listing, or I wouldn t have bought the item. Asked for a UK returns address (as sent from here) told no & to follow returns process. No help from their customer services. Terrible value, terrible service. They updated listing to mention Austria after my complaint, then asked me to revise feedback. Extremely dishonest. Avoid!!

  It was described on the full description that you could pay a monthly fee of £4/5 but when you download the app and pay the cart it charges you the full £120 for the years subscription. Which I do not want to do!! So now it’s not fit for purpose without that. I feel duped!! Apart from that the product came well wrapped, on time and in fab condition. Shame about the hidden fees! I therefore returned it!!!

  I'm very impressed i read the reviews before buying got it today and it looks brand new i was struggling with the monthly subscription as it only gave the option for yearly so emailed them on there help site and I got an email with a link they sent me and I can now do the monthly over all I'm very impressed and very happy now knowing if my cat ever gets out again I can track her and get her back in straight away I would highly recommended absolutely brilliant 10 stars from me
