    Seller dispatched LEGO item in plastic bag with NO protection. A lightly damaged Lego box (as shown in sale photos) therefore arrived badly CRUSHED. Seller offered no solution other than return; ie no replacement offered or a discount to factor in their poor service. Disappointing. Would not buy from again. A brand new undamaged item was available for £30 (£6 more and free delivery) from Amazon. Better value and service in every way. #buyer regret.
