    Very poor service, wouldn't use this seller again. I ordered this on 17/2 with delivery due by 27/2 as needed for a birthday on 3/3 but it didn't arrive. On 28/2 I asked for an urgent replacement but received no reply. On 4/3 I requested a refund and received a reply saying they would raise a case with Royal Mail. On 5th March I contacted them again requesting a refund straight away and have heard nothing since. Raised claim through ebay now.
