    Seller did not bother to reply to any of my messages. I tried to get a response before leaving negative feedback. Looking at other feedback, this seems to be a pattern to ignore the buyer. Item received quickly but NOT as described. Crochet hooks arrived loose in a polythene bag. Description and picture showed it with a zip up pouch. I bought it as a gift and paid £5. I could have bought set of hooks for £2. I asked them to send pouch or refund accordingly. Absolutely no response!! Rude!
