  Unfortunately, the item sold to me did not match the item pictured and described in the listing, but the seller made it right and provided a full refund. They were very apologetic and I appreciate how quickly they moved to remedy the situation. Otherwise, the item was extremely well packaged and shipped quickly.

  Honestly, We were blindsided by your feedback. The Waterford you purchased was in the Lismore pattern and marked Waterford. Could you kindly send us a photo of what you say is not a match? It was approximately 6 7/8" allowing for a slight variance because these are hand blown. No one is perfect, but if a seller makes an honest mistake, rare as an error may be, we would always take responsibility and make it right. You would never be on the hook for return shipping if a mistake is made.
