  FedEx lost the package but the seller was very helpful, communicated well, was very friendly, and returned my money promptly.. My previous transaction went perfectly (and wasn't lost by the shipper). Obviously, it isn't the seller's fault if the parcel is lost of stolen by the shipping company.
