    Not happy. Upon receipt of this bearskin I found something that “the cat-in the-hat” would be wearing. Everything was wrong as to authenticity and did not match the photos . I asked to refund the hat and was vaguely told I’d get a “partial refund”. Subsequently, I was offered $100 (1/3d of the cost minus postage) and keep the hat. I declined. Once eBay stepped in to the matter, I received a full refund plus return postage. Bravo eBay! Unfortunately, they didn’t ask for the hat back.

    My Frock from The Historical Fashion came in and survived the transworld shipping, the box faired far worse than most boxes. Someone inspected it and did the best they could to reinstall the frock in the box. My Frock came in undamaged and as described, and made to fit my measurements ... FANTASTIC! The Frock is well made, my only issue is the buttons, nautical ... but I was prepared to replace them with pewter ones I already purchased and am ready to sew them on. GREAT JOB Folks.
