    Bought moss it arrived very very wet and not good condition had to pay extra postage of £4.60. Never received it back even though they said they would refund. They said a replacement had been sent never received it. From other feedback I've read they don't like criticism so probably won't like mine. Will never buy from again. They also ignored recent messages from me. I got better moss out my lawn.Theirs went right in garden waste bin

    Nice words !!! 1 you showed me a royal mail charge card for 4.60 ? the cost of over weight 2kg parcel is 3.20 as you said at time you didnt know if it was ours or someone else - 2, i dont mind being criticism if it is worthy - for someone to say the moss was wet really dont know about moss - wet yes fresh !! my advise to you is stop being a part time want be "Christmas florist" and get your facts right about wreath moss
