  The Ciara arrived well packaged however it was not exactly as pictured. The picture shows 100 concentration and what I received just says eau de toilette. When I messaged the seller about it I was informed the packaging had changed but they didn’t seem concerned about correcting it in their advertisement. There is some confusion among the fragrance fans about which strength is which now, thus why I ordered this one because it stated 100 and clearly pictured this as well.
