  Listed as good/excellent; arrived heavily stained like wine spilt down front and back. No mention in listing. Contacted seller same day; offered 50% refund or return. Accepted refund but no further response. Washed twice, some stains still clear. I will use the dress for the 1920s gig I bought it for and then it will be binned. No idea how such obvious damage was missed, I noticed it on unpacking. Disappointed.

  As stated in the messages - either a return for a full refund or a 50% refund and keep the item was offered to you on Friday. Over the weekend before we have had chance to issue your refund you have left disappointing feedback. Unfortunately we are a small family run business and not available over weekends. We have apologised for your item and offered what resolutions we can. Looking at your own feedback leaving 4 negatives in 9 purchases we can clearly see what kind of buyer you are.
