3 weeks back I received the incorrect product. The seller stated they made an honest mistake, & asked me to send the product to the other buyer because they sent my product to them & sent their product to me. When I told them this would be an extra trip to the post office, the seller said, it was "no big deal." I reached out again ASKING who pays for the shipping or how I would be reimbursed, the seller did not reply to back to me until a few days ago. As of 4/5/25 I still don't have my product
