Both QR codes meticulously scratched, yet the seal was intact. Seller blamed transit, but the parcel was well packaged, and nothing else was damaged. Why would transit only scratch the QR codes? Rather than addressing this, they kept bragging about being a "top seller" and accused me of scamming/extortion. I wasn't looking for a refund, just an explanation. Completely unprofessional. Buyer claimed damage to outer packaging & sent photo. Yet product left us without damage. We gave buyer the benefit of the doubt & assumed damaged in transit. Buyer was pushy over a number of messages giving impression they wanted money back. Once we said that we would report this to Ebay they changed tack and are now returning. Sometimes items get damaged by couriers sometimes otherwise
