the blind itself looks great and works well where this company really shone was their customer service, the first blind i received was snapped in the middle and box was ripped but i 100 per cent belive the delivery company was to blame as it had to reloaded onto the van as wasnt deliverd when stated. After contacting the seller and providing pictures they straight away offered a replacement or a refund and received the replacement blind super fast so overall would recomend for greatprice/service

Exceptional service from the seller. The courier managed to break the package losing the fitting kit in the process. One message to the seller and a replacement was sent without delay. The blind was an easy fit and does what it needs to do reducing the light coming into the room when sleeping off nights. Great service good communication and price.
