Es ist unser Anliegen Ihnen qualitativ hochwertige Ware zu vernünftigen Preisen anzubieten. Im Normalfall handelt es sich um gebrauchte, voll funktionsfähige Artikel. Andernfalls weisen wir besonders in der Beschreibung des Artikels auf Abweichungen oder auch Fehler hin. Dennoch kann es bei Gebrauchtteilen vorkommen, dass ein Artikel nicht Ihren Erwartungen entspricht. Für den einen ein "guter Zustand" ist für den anderen schon nicht mehr akzeptabel.
