  The wrong size tent was accidentally sent, was missing the centre pole and had a faulty ground sheet (the glue had failed and the seem had come apart). The seller was very understanding and apologised and issued a full refund. Putting the problem with the item aside Communication and customer service was excellent. Thank you.

  Arrived in two days. Well packed. Item looks new. Inspected but not erected yet as weather too wet but item looks great. Will enjoy using this great tent this summer. Excellent value. Tent is red and white canvas which I was not expecting but daughter and grandchildren like it! So do I actually but if you do buy from this seller you might want to confirm tent colour first. Seller recommended. Top quality item at an amazing price.
