    These fruit bowls are top quality, totally individual, & each with their own character. It is therefore unacceptable that the bowl shown in the advert is definitely not the bowl the purchaser will receive. The buyer is forced to 'buy blind' & just hope that the one they receive is a shape they can live with. ALL available bowls should be shown with numbers for purchasers to select their preferred shape but It seems that this is too big an ask as "all the bowls are wrapped' was the reply.

    For those looking to buy a teak root table my advice is simply DONT! I don't usually leave negatives but this is by far the WORST service experience. Arrived in terrible packaging and the courier rolled it into my property. Quite dirty with lots of sap leaking out. Messaged and emailed them numerous times with no response (clearly ignoring me) rang up and it was just some automated message nonsense, anyway finally got through to someone and although friendly didn't really care. NOT WORTH PRICE!!

Our sustainable teak is shipped directly from Indonesia and professionally packaged. I spoke with you on the phone and offered you a refund, but we did not hear back from you. Again, apologies that you weren't happy with your purchase.
