  Motomine overcharged a bit initially, but they realised themselves (I didn’t!) and issued a refund themselves which is great! That held up the bike while that all worked itself out though. Delivery was great once arranged, and item was just as described. Would definitely use them again for an auction bike, but would use them again, but I’ll double check the invoice price next time

  Fast delivery and good communication. Unfortunately, the listing did not mention the serious fire damage, which was also not visible in the photos. I attempted to resolve the issue but had to return the item. The seller later relist and updated the description to include the damage, and I received my refund after about a week. I regularly buy from this seller and have always been happy—hopefully, this was just an oversight.
