    Great communication, and really well packaged. Post messed up and lost them, but Frank didn't hesitate to send another lot, so thank you very much. When the original did turn up over 3 weeks later, with the box all battered, the plants were absolutely fine. I'm excited to start looking after them. Thanks again.

    V.quick delivery. Excellent quality/size plants. The only suggestion I have to improve this would be to seal the pot around the plants with sellotape or the like. When I opened the individual packaging the compost fell out (I’m assuming due to a bit of enthusiastic handling on the way). Great seller. Great item. Many thanks.

    The Saracenias arrived only slightly smaller than in the pictures, but then again it is April and the seller does have a disclaimer on the product page. The seller also got in touch to let me know about the size of the Venus Fly Trap. All plants are in perfect health state and came really carefully packaged. The seller also provided the link to the plant care instructions leaflet which is brilliant, cause that's a lot better than any general guidance I could find online. Thank you!
