    The carrot nose on one of the snowmen was broken off and missing. The original posting photo showed that it was intact. After carefully searching the bubble wrap sleeve and packaging, it was not there, which led me to believe it had been broken, pre packaging. I notified the seller, with photos. I received no reply, no apology, nothing. A partial refund came thru my acct. which I did not ask for. I'm very disappointed in this seller. Customer service obviously isn't their priority
