There was a removable sticker on the address label, which the delivery guy removed when he dropped it off - when he did that, my name and tracking number was removed too. Because of that, it took a little while to get the necessary information from eBay to prove to the collection point that it was my parcel, but thankfully it all worked out in the end. It might be a good idea to use address labels without removable parts moving forward (suggestion) :)
