  Bought this for my Mum, it was hand delivered by the seller at no cost to me, he refunded the postage charge as well! Unfortunately the bench didn’t fit my Mum’s bath and so I requested a refund, the seller came and collected the bench, he actioned the refund quickly. Even though the bench wasn’t suitable I highly recommend this seller because his customer service skills are fantastic!
