Had to pay three lots of postage for three items the size of a credit card. Don’t get me wrong, items purchased were fine but having to pay three lots of postage for three tiny items which all arrived in the same envelope seems unfair.

The chews are good quality and have the texture my son likes. Came individually wrapped which helps with sending them to school as I just reused the holder after washing. Speedy delivery. Overall very happy with the service and fabric chew. Will use again and recommend.

No communication from seller when I asked for a refund of postage. Was charged an extortionate £3.98 for postage, despite costing £0.85 in reality. This is bad practice especially from a charity.
