    I have to say that I was really uncertain about buying an item from overseas however with the security of Buyer Protection, I gave it a go and I'm glad that I did. The VAT was already worked out by eBay. The bike arrived super quick by Royal Mail and it didn't cost me a penny extra. No customs holdups. Bike arrived undamaged, in original packaging and exactly as described. I can't recommend this company enough for purchases. Thankfully I've not experienced returns, so I can't help with that.

    Great bike. This company is genuine and good to deal with. They respond quickly and all communication was in English. Took about three weeks to arrive, remember to allow for UK customs fees, mine were £85 on a £1600 bike. Great price. Would happily use again.

    Bike arrived quickly to the UK and very happy with the bike, transaction and seller. FYI - When you can see that the bike is released from customs and waiting for payment (track package), contact the courier (parcelforce in my case) to make the payment, otherwise, you have to wait a few days for a payment instruction letter to arrive. Customs charge approx 5% but overall saved 25%

    Ordered my Merida bike, it came from Israel so there was a shipping charge of £60 which I hadn't accounted for but it does say in the description so that was my error for not reading the small print. It came brand new in box and was easy to communicate with the seller. Would recommend
