Got a call after placing my order so I feared the worst, but it was actually a phone call to say thank you and as I live close to their depot they could actually get it to me early. The man (Simon) almost seemed apologetic for this, as if it may be a nuisance to me! TV was priced reasonably, the customer service was second to none and the delivery was very prompt with a helpful driver. Refreshingly good experience, would highly recommend. A+++
