The laptop chassis itself was expertly packaged, ensuring no damage via transit which was thoroughly appreciated, on top of this delivery time was stellar, DPD Next Day is the gold standard!     I received the item quickly and the packaging was very secure, however, the lid has noticeable damage that wasn't shown in the listing's images or description. Unfortunately, the seller does not offer returns. To prevent similar issues, I recommend future buyers explicitly ask for close-up photos of all angles of the item before finalizing their purchase. This is something I wish I had done.
