The seller was very kind and quick to respond to messages about the issue and offered item replacement or refund of the card.     The machine took a while to ship (4 weeks) . When received ($400 for freight) it was damaged. Screen was shattered and top light was destroyed. Probably could have been protected better for shipping. Contacted seller and parts to replace damaged ones were received in a week . Very pleased with sellers response to solve the problems. Installed the parts after receiving help from the sellers tech dept , really great service ! Slot machine is running perfect ! Thank you Daniel and Carlos.
