    Ordered boots listed as "new". Arrived with significant amount of cracked leather. Possibly an innocent mistake/oversight. I'm even willing to believe they were handled gently by seller and could have even looked fine going into mail, but shipping process proved too much for what was evidently an old, overly dried out pair of boots. Initiated refund process. Quick and painless. Seller was very polite about the whole thing and worked with me. Can't complain.

    Item as advertised, well packaged & shipped quickly. Recommended seller! As a side note, the US Postal Service took 27 days to get the small package from California to me in Ohio, via USPS Ground Advantage. I'd recommend UPS or FedEx!
