Tracking didn't say who the courier was, gave today and tomorrow as days to arrive and didn't keep up with the parcel. Courier phoned twice without speaking. Could have been anybody, but confirmed on doorstep that it was him. No care taken with glass item. I opened package outdoors whilst he took pics. Poor courier services will be the death of online shopping. Hopefully I will never buy another shower screen.
