    Very disappointed to get this feedback. We were on holiday when this customer purchased the item (and subsequently left the feedback) so there was a delay in posting it out. We contacted the buyer the day we got back, apologised and offered a full refund or we could send out the item with 24 hours postage at our expense, which the customer opted for and agreed with. The postage cost us more than the item purchased (circa £5 and postage was over £7!). We did everything we could to help and more!
