    This was bought for my son 13th birthday and is his first game system and they didn't let us down! item was excatly what was listed and works perfectly just as they said and it had a long way to ship not their fault we on different sides of the US it was shipped out 30 mins after I ordered and they packaged it perfectly for the long ride every thing was bubble wrapped and placed in the box with no wiggle room thank you for your awesome customer service I would 100 percent order from them again
