But this time I will just stick it (as it is probably not their fault and their customer service has been very good) The item itself however is a cute little thing, just big enough for a small posy. The price is great value for money and on the whole I would recommend the item and definitely the seller

After contacting the seller they offered various options to resolve the matter and I eventually was offered a fair resolution...the seller sent a replacement which arrived today. The quality of the diffuser is very well made and I'm pleased to say it's working perfectly, unlike the other one they sent me... that's now in the bin. The price I originally paid was very good value for money and I'm now completely satisfied.
