  This item arrived later than expected, on arrival it was badly packaged and had several small black stains on it. I contacted the seller, who proved to be very helpful, informing me that the item had unfortunately not be dispatched on time, due to an error at the warehouse. I provided them with photographs regarding the stains. On receipt they contacted me offering a replacement or a reduced price. They couldn't have been more helpful.

  I stopped leaving feedback many years ago but I feel the need to send this one, unbelievable customer service, I had a slightly larger window than standard so these didn't fit, without a question they asked me to measure my window, they then sent one to fit free of charge I can't stress enough use this supplier they will always help if somethings not right 100%
