    arrived very, very quickly. The shoes are exactly as described. I do take a size 9 shoe but these feel slightly loose -- I think a thicker pair of socks will put that right. So there are no problems with them. I have to say seller communication was good and I'm astounded by the price -- are a real bargain !! I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use you again. Thanks.

    I ordered size 9 shoes. What arrived were size 12 shoes in a size 9 box. Shuperb Agent Laura was very helpful over the next 16 days or so and arranged the return and subsequent re-delivery of the correct size. I am now very pleased with them, albeit over 2 weeks later. She already has my photographs clearly showing the monumental error. At least 2 staff had it wrong: the one who put size 12 in a size 9 box and the packer who did not check it. Better quality control of dispatch is needed.
