  The watch is as advertised "new". The seller carefully packaged the watch and the shipping was pretty quick from date of purchase. It is a beautiful casual Wenger sport watch with rubber watchband. This purchase represents a great value for this time piece. Once my grandson sees it I may have to buy another one for him.   Seller stated in description it was missing crown but didn’t say that it had the stem broke off inside the movement. I reached out to see if they knew about the issue and got no response. It’s going to cost me the price I paid for the watch to get it repaired. Better description and communication would have been nice. Packaging was good shipping good value of the watch is low probably going to have to buy a new movement.
