    Item was delivered two days late but with no communication of different delivery date. Item packaged ok but the packaging was damaged and I have several scratches to the table, which no doubt happened in transit. With that said the machine itself is as described minus the scratches and sews lovely, is smooth and is very quiet.

    Wrong one delivered green colour machine displayed on advert but orange colour sewing machine turned up when the box was opened and the Needle Threader was broken and two days have gone by and no one has answered by request for return and refund I am not pleased with the company responsibility for there after sale service.. Was going to give negitive response but the device won't let me hence by reply...

    Pity it didn't come with the extended foot as displayed in the pictures - I could have saved a tenner by going to a different supplier - but it was delivered very quickly and well packaged .
