    These Items at almost full market price were advertised as "NEW" but received without original boxes, instruction sheets & the sealed internal packaging per the usual manufactured supply - & as reordered from an alternative supplier. One of two was clearly not as new with considerable evidence of at least prior handling obvious - both were therefore unsuitable for the intended personal medical use & returned for a full refund which was prompt, without question & further suppliers explanation.
