I contacted the seller and they responded quickly. They couldn't find any information out so they refunded the purchase immediately. Almost six weeks later the pin arrived. I let the seller know and asked how I could pay for it. He said to consider it a gift for the wait time. This business is very professional, kind and responsive. Definitely on my favorites list!
