However, would comment that I'd be really surprised if it were NEW as listed as there is a small chip on the Mortar and box was well used and it had probably been used as an ashtray in the recent past. Do not need to send back but points of note.

    The product’s packaging was damaged and a part of the fixings was missing as a result. The damage was caused by the courier so out of the control of the seller. The seller offered a refund and provided links to sellers of the missing part (as he did not have any spare parts). Good service which resolved the issue.
