    I’m very happy with my purchase from this preveyor. They were prompt in shipping and in responding to my questions. The carpet arrived if good condition and well wrapped. The carpet was thicker than some knock-offs being sold right now. I would buy from RSM Rugs again. The fact that the price included customs duty from the UK was a plus as I just had to pay another 61,00 EURO for a carpet from a different vendor in the UK. Some vendors do it right and this was one such vendor.

    This seller is excellent, there was nothing wrong with the purchase each time, the product quality is excellent for the price paid. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size (twice!) and had to cancel the first order and send the second back for a refund. Both times the seller dealt with my requests great, and promptly refunded my money, minus a very fair and reasonable postage cost for returning a heavy and bulky stair runner. *****
