    The rims arrived in good condition as described (new) and well-packaged with no damage. This was a good value for quality rims that don't seem to be available anymore, so I was happy to find them. The only issue was that the item did not ship until 10 days after the order was placed, and then the Italian Post (Poste Italiane) had the item sitting at the sorting facility for sevaral weeks, which the seller said was probably due to the Christmas holiday. Ordered 11/30 and received on 1/3.

    La publicación no es muy clara de la cantidad de productos que se envía con la compra, en un lado aparece solo una barra y en otras imágenes de la misma publicación aparece como la caja completa, hice la compra pensando que por el precio; pagué 75 dólares con envío, y solo recibí 2 barritas, el pedido lo hice creyendo que incluía la caja completa con 12 barras cada una. Definitivamente estoy muy molesto y decepcionado con la compra, no recomiendo comprar con este vendedor.

    Excellent seller, service, and product. This is a very hard to find item when you live in the USA and choose to ride Haibikes. Aside from this supplier, there are no other reasonably priced suppliers that I know of. The items can be had, but it appears they do not want to ship to the US or want to charge absurd prices for doing so. Thank you so much ridewill-shop. Transaction was painless and the item arrived very quickly and in perfect condition.
