    I had a suitcase wheel that was broken, found this website and it could not have been repaired any quicker than it was . Price given, accepted, wheel sent off, very quick response and a query, gave the info they needed and had the wheel returned within 2 days. I was advised that the replacement would not be quite the same as the original as the originals no longer available but the replacement almost matched exactly. Very pleased and certainly will be using again.

    Samsonite no longer manufacture the type of wheels on my suitcase. Sent it of to this service for repair and it came back perfect. I will get many more years of use from the suitcase rather than it clogging up landfill. Service and communication was efficient.
