  Very happy with seller, products as described great price. Only issue was with delivery company who put wrong address down for delivery driver, which delayed item. Called seller and spoke with Lee who was very efficient and resolved the issue and kept me informed, he is a credit to the company and very professional.

  Great deal from Reliant Direct received a 65C841K for just £664! Has to be one of the best TV deals out there as it was already a fabulous TV for the RRP of £1049, so getting it this cheap was criminal! Package received in great condition and sent in 1 day, which is amazing for such a heavy package to a rural area. Reliant also responded to any of my questions before buying the TV so I highly recommend this seller to get a good deal

  From start to finish this was a great transaction. Great item in original Samsung packaging at a bargain price. Communication was first class from the outset and the courier was at the same high standards delivering to my door in record time. This is eBay at its very best through this seller.   Very happy with the seller. Was described as 'open box' but they phoned to say there was a warehouse issue and they were sending a brand new one! Very promptly and carefully delivered and I would certainly recommend Reliant Direct. Thanks guys.

  I ordered a LG C4 55" Oled TV. Great service. Delivery was very prompt. Tv looks stunning and price was good. It also comes with 5years of warranty for a peace of mind, 1 year registered with LG and the remaining 4years is registered by reliant themselves which takes upto 90 days I've been told. Will update once that happens. "Nikky" & "James" have been great with answering my queries. Overall a very positive experience thus far for me.

  Absolutely first class service would not hesitate to recommend ,questions I asked before purchase were answered within hours ,the tv came in less than 24 hours in its original sealed factory packaging 5 year warranty included I paid around £400 less for same package than I would have done with one of the main High street chains.
