    Had a slightissure, courier lost my package so when it didnt turn up a couole days after due date I contacted seller who was happy to resend after contacting courier. Item then arrived 3 days later as described. This is second time ordering this item in a different colour due to how comfy and warm they are. This mishap hasnt put me off and I will be ordering a couple more colours. For the price they are amazing quality, great fit and can be dressed up or down depending what ur doing.

    Received the wrong pair of sandals. They eventually sent the correct pair after I had to pay for the others to get returned. They said they would pay postage but they as of yet and it's nearly 2 months later they have not refunded the cost of the postage. Would not recommend this company
